The Be Her Hero tee! I think for me, when I read that statement I think of little girls and 'what can I do to help them?' and 'how can I be someone else's hero?' It sort of makes me think back to when I was a little girl and the other women in my life who I looked up to and how they were hers to me.
DESCRIBE A TIME WHEN SOMEONE HAS BEEN A HERO TO YOU?
I'd have to say my Mum! My Mum is my biggest supporter. There probably isn't one specific time, but just multiple times in my life when I've needed her she's absolutely always been there. During COVID when I was pregnant and isolated from my family I really looked to my Mum for support even though it was only over the phone. She's just such a strong, resilient woman and I just look up to her so much and I look to her to bring me strength as well
WHICH STATEMENT TEE RESONATES WITH YOU & WHY?
It would have to be the Be Her Hero tee! This tee resonates with me because it really does go to the foundation of empowering women and women choosing women to make a change... Showing that support for each other, building each other up and being there to catch you when you fall as well.
WHAT DOES THE STATEMENT 'BE HER HERO' MEAN TO YOU?
To me it means that we need to recognise women from all over the world and recognise what their struggles are and what they continue to be. I think as women we've come so far, but we still have a long way to go. It's important that we stand together and we are hero for women all over the world.
HOW CAN EVERYDAY PEOPLE BE HER HERO?
Speak up... Like one of the other t-shirts says 'ignorance is not bliss' so be aware, be educated... Talk to people... Join a charity, be a volunteer, make a difference.
